Pets
The Sandpiper extends a welcome to well-behaved, house trained
dogs as well as people. Guests are expected to thoroughly
clean up after their dogs including the removal of all traces
of dog hair.
Booking
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the
residence. Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served
basis determined by from whom we first receive cleared funds.
Electronic funds transfers are preferred; Visa and Mastercard
accepted subject to a 2.5% processing surcharge. The full
rental amount and $1000 security deposit is due 60 days prior
to arrival.
Refunds (less a 10% administrative charge and any difference
in rental) will be made if the property is re-rented during
the period booked.
